McWilliams Resigns from Tessera Board
Tessera Technologies Inc. announced that Bruce McWilliams resigned as a member of its board of directors, effective immediately.
McWilliams resigned to devote his attention to the growing business, SuVolta, where he acts as chief executive officer.
He joined the board of directors in June 1999, and served as its president and CEO from June 1999 to July 2008. He also served as its chief strategy office from August 2008 to April 2009.
The company is currently conducting a search for his replacement.
