eMagin, URochester Link OLED Development Deal

BELLEVUE, Wash., July 14, 2011 — eMagin Corp., an OLED microdisplays and virtual imaging technologies company, announced a partnership with the University of Rochester in New York to develop next-generation OLEDs for high-efficiency solid-state lighting systems. The research effort is being funded by the US Department of Energy in a three-year, $1.3 million effort to more than triple the light output of the current generation of OLEDs.
