Frank Tillner has succeeded Elke Eckstein as chief operating officer at Osram Opto Semiconductors’ Regensburg, Germany, headquarters, the company announced. In his new position, Tillner will be responsible for the chip and LED production plants in Regensburg and Penang, Malaysia. Tillner has years of experience in semiconductor processes and production.
