Thorlabs Buys Burleigh Line from Lumen Dynamics

NEWTON, N.J., and MISSISSAUGA, Ontario, Canada, Oct. 11, 2011 — Lumen Dynamics has sold its Burleigh line to Thorlabs Inc., the companies announced Friday. The line includes piezoelectric micromanipulators and microscope mounting systems for life sciences research. Specific terms of the deal were not disclosed. “Electrophysiology is a rapidly expanding field.
