LightWorks Hires New CFO
TUSTIN, Calif., Nov. 22, 2011 — Sylvia Byrd is now the chief financial officer at LightWorks Optics Inc., the company announced.
In her new role, Byrd will be responsible for all financial and IT functions, including the development of strategic plans for revenue growth within the company’s established and targeted customer market segments.
Prior to joining the company, Byrd served as CFO of Synchronous Aerospace. She also has more than 20 years of senior management experience from previous employment at PairGain Technologies, MSI Data, Aktino, and Smiths and Eaton.
LightWorks Optics provides optical design engineering and production solutions for precision assemblies, systems and components.
