John Millerick was elected to the board of directors at Dynasil Corp. of America’s annual stockholders meeting, the company announced. Millerick, a senior global financial executive, has more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry. From 2000 to 2009, he served as senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Analogic Corp. Prior to that, he worked at CalComp Technology. Millerick and Dynasil chairman Peter Sulick were among eight directors elected at the annual meeting. Other one-year term members elected include Craig Dunham, Lawrence Fox, Harvey Goldberg, Dr. Michael Joyner, David Kronfeld and Steven Ruggieri, the company’s president and CEO.
