John Millerick was elected to the board of directors during !%Dynasil Corp. of America’s%! annual stockholder meeting. Millerick, a senior global financial executive, has more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry. From 2000 to 2009, he served as senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Analogic Corp. Before that, he worked at CalComp Technology. Millerick and Dynasil Chairman Peter Sulick were among eight directors elected at the meeting. Dynasil of Watertown, Mass., develops and manufactures detection, sensing and analysis technology, precision instruments and optical components for the homeland security, medical and industrial markets.
