Shareholding in Suss MicroOptics Increases to 100 Percent

GARCHING, Germany, May 30, 2012 — Süss MicroTec AG announced that it has increased its shareholding in Suss MicroOptics SA of Neuchâtel, Switzerland, from 85 percent to 100 percent. “By acquiring 100 percent of Suss MicroOptics, we have undertaken another step toward streamlining our organizational structure and have tied the company, which masters key technologies for us, close to the Süss MicroTec group,” said Frank P.
