Novaled Registers for IPO

Novaled AG of Dresden, Germany, has filed a Form F-1 registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering (IPO) of its American depository shares (ADSs). It also will apply to have its ADSs listed on the NASDAQ Global Market or the New York Stock Exchange. Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Deutsche Bank Securities are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Acting co-managers include Canaccord Genuity, Commerzbank, Cowen and Co. and JMP Securities. Novaled develops technologies and materials that enhance the performance of organic LEDs and organic electronics.

That branch of science involved in the study and utilization of the motion, emissions and behaviors of currents of electrical energy flowing through gases, vacuums, semiconductors and conductors, not to be confused with electrics, which deals primarily with the conduction of large currents of electricity through metals.
