InfiniLED, a spinout of Tyndall National Institute of Cork, Ireland, and a portfolio company of London-based ScienceWorks Ventures plc, has announced an access agreement with Tyndall National Institute allowing InfiniLED engineers to work within the institute’s ISO 9001-certified compound semiconductor cleanrooms to fabricate its µLED technology. InfiniLED develops LED light source modules based on its patented µLED technology. By the end of this year, it aims to bring to market its first µLED-based products, which are suitable for diagnostic testing devices and consumer products
