Teledyne Will Acquire Geospatial Software Developer Caris

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif., April 14, 2016 — Teledyne Technologies Inc. has announced its plan to acquire Caris of Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada, a developer of geospatial software designed for the hydrographic and marine community, as a wholly owned subsidiary. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Closing is subject to customary conditions and anticipated to occur in the second quarter of 2016.
