Spitzauer Appointed Head of Investor Relations at Osram
MUNICH, May 3, 2017 — Lighting manufacturer Osram Licht AG has appointed Andreas Spitzauer as its new head of investor relations.
Reporting to Ingo Bank, chief financial officer, Spitzauer replaces Jan-Peter Schwartz, who served as the temporary head of the department since September 2016 while performing his regular responsibilities as head of corporate communications and brand strategy.
Spitzauer, who earned a degree in business administration, initially served as the investor relations manager at Deutsche Telekom AG. In his most recent position, he worked for nine years as the head of investor relations at Kuka, a robotics and automation company.
Osram is a developer of light modules, LED lamps, luminaires and light management systems.
