New Patterning Method Promises Easier Nanoscale Manufacturing

CHICAGO, Aug. 7, 2017 — A new method to precisely pattern nanomaterials could open a new path to manufacturing next-generation electronic devices. A 'mask' or stencil used to pattern nano materials with a new process that promises to make them far easier to make into LEDs, solar cells, transistors and other electronics.
