NJIT’s Cell Podium Develops Augmented Reality Hazard Training

NEWARK, N.J., Oct. 3, 2017 — Cell Podium, a technology company in the New Jersey Institute of Technology’s (NJIT) Enterprise Development Center, has developed an augmented reality system that trains emergency responders how to detect chemical, radiological and biological hazards. Cell Podium is a joint venture between Professor Cesar Bandera and physicist Peter Schmitt.
