SAN DIEGO, Aug. 21 -- Imaging Technologies Corp. has signed an agreement with Kong Yue Electronics & Information Industrial Ltd. in China. Imaging Technologies will distribute and manufacture its products in China, as well as discuss future joint ventures, including an investment by Kong Yue in DealSeekers.com.
Kong Yue provides electronic manufacturing services, concentrating on printer circuit board assemblies. The company has a manufacturing facility in Xinhui City in the Guandong province. It is the manufacturer and distributor of Epson and Citizen brand printers in major Chinese cities.
This is a very important agreement for our company, said Brian Bonar, CEO of Imaging Technologies. The Chinese market is huge and this is a multi-faceted agreement that will benefit both parties. Kong Yue is the exclusive supplier to the Chinese government of printers for key applications and is a very well known company in the world's most populous nation.
