SAN CLEMENTE, Calif., May 21 -- Biolase Technology Inc. has received approval to sell its Waterlase Hard and Soft Tissue Dental Lasers in the People's Republic of China. Beijing Melianda Medical Equipment Inc. has already purchased five Waterlase systems and Biolase expects to deliver a minimum of ten additional systems during the next three months. Waterlase lasers have been installed in two leading dental clinics at the Peking University School of Stomatalogy and the Chinese People's Liberation Army Hospital.
