Coreco Imaging Inc., a developer of machine vision products, announced PC-CamLink, the company's new industrial frame grabber based on the Camera Link interface standard for digital cameras. Camera Link is a new industry standard developed to address problems associated with digital cameras, such as high cable costs, short transmission distances and nonstandard interfaces.
    Aixtron AG announced the appointment of Steve Perry to the position of Director of the Business Unit Global Service Operations. In his new position, Perry assumes responsibility for Aixrton's worldwide service operations and the further expansion of all regional offices such as Aixtron Inc., USA, Aixtron CSHS, Korea and Aixtron, Taiwan. Perry comes to Aixtron from Brooks Automation, where he was director of business development for the FID division.
