$27 Million Military Order
Display systems manufacturer Kopin
Corp. of Taunton, Mass., has announced that it has received a $27 million follow-on
production order for eyepieces for the US Army’s Thermal Weapon Sight Bridge
program. To be fulfilled over a two-year period, the order supports the continued
production of an eyepiece that recently was fully qualified in the program after
harsh testing in battlefield environments.
