3M of St. Paul, Minn., has completed its acquisition of Imtec Corp. of Ardmore, Okla., a manufacturer of dental implants and cone beam computed tomography scanning equipment for dental and medical radiology. The latter now is a wholly owned subsidiary of 3M. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
