AVR Optics to Expand Semrock Distribution Territory

Optical filter manufacturer Semrock Inc. has announced that its distribution partner AVR Optics Inc. is expanding its territory to the entirety of the North America.

“AVR Optics has been a great partner supporting our growth in 2016 and has truly become an extension to the Semrock sales support team,” said Jim Passalugo, business line director of Semrock. “I’m excited we can now offer their support and expertise throughout the whole of the U.S. and Canada.”

AVR Optics is focused on educational institutions and government research labs through a consultative solutions sales approach.

Semrock, a unit of IDEX Health & Science LLC, manufactures spectrally complex optical filters for the life science, point-of-care, clinical diagnostic and analytical instrumentation industries.
