Advanced Machine Vision Wins $5 Million in Orders

MEDFORD, Ore., April 29 -- Advanced Machine Vision Corp. announced that its SRC VISION, Inc. and Ventek, Inc. units have received orders totaling $5 million. A major international tobacco company ordered five SRC machine vision systems for approximately $2.8 million. The remaining booking is from Georgia-Pacific Group, a producer of wood products, for upgrades to 31 vision systems used to identify defects in plywood veneer.
