AACHEN, Germany, July 26, 2010 — Deposition equipment provider Aixtron AG has announced its new facilities in Tainan Tree Valley, Taiwan, next to the Tainan science-based industrial park.
The new office is part of Aixtron Taiwan Co. Ltd., based in Hsinchu, Taiwan, and will provide facilities for engineers, along with permanent access to the Aixtron infrastructure and conference facilities.
