Anania to Step Down as Bookham CEO
Giorgio Anania will step down as Bookham's president and CEO and will resign from its board of directors effective immediately, the company announced today. Bookham said the move was decided by "mutual agreement" Peter Bordui, the company's current nonexecutive chairman of the board, was named interim president and CEO.
