Atlas Copco Group Acquires VisionTools

NACKA, Sweden, Nov. 20, 2024 — Atlas Copco Group has acquired VisionTools Bildanalyse Systeme GmbH, a developer and provider of integrated solutions for quality control in assembly lines. The acquisition enhances Atlas Copco’s offerings in smart integrated assemblies. VisionTools will become part of the Motor Vehicle Industry Tools and Assembly Systems division within the Industrial Technique Business Area. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
