Berliner Glas Names Thomas Polzer Managing Director of Operations
BERLIN, June 5, 2019 — Thomas Polzer has been appointed new managing director of operations at the Berliner Glas Group, where he will take responsibility for the company’s success and the further growth of its market position.
Company officials said Polzer has many years of extensive experience in global operations management from his previous work in the optical, optoelectronic, and semiconductor industries at various locations both in Germany and around the world. He holds an MBA in corporate management and a mechanical engineering degree.
