Bio-Imaging Technologies Inc. of Newtown, Pa., has purchased Theralys SA of Lyon, France. The French company manufactures image processing software for the diagnosis of neurovascular disease and central nervous system disorders. Bio-Imaging hopes that the acquisition will allow it to offer expanded medical imaging services in these areas, especially for development of Alzheimer’s disease therapeutics.
