Boxlight Implements ‘Lamps 4 Life’ Program

BELFAIR, Wash., Aug. 23, 2010 — Boxlight, a projector manufacturer, has announced a warranty exchange program, Lamps 4 Life, that will eliminate the need to purchase a new lamp each time a replacement is needed for any of its Seattle, Interactive or MP series projectors.

Developed to guarantee that customers always have access to replacement lamps, the program offers a one-time membership enrollment fee. The cost is $99 for education and government customers and $299 for retail users.

To receive a replacement, customers are asked simply to return the expired lamp to the service center. Upon the replacement of two expired lamps, the company will require the projector to be sent to its service center to be cleaned, free-of-charge, and to be inspected to ensure premature failures are not a result of a defective component.
