Bullington Named CEO at Bridgelux
LIVERMORE, Calif., Feb. 6, 2013 — Bradley J. Bullington, current vice president of strategy and corporate development and general manager of technology solutions at Bridgelux Inc., has been appointed CEO, effective immediately.
He replaces William Watkins, who has been named chairman of the board. Watkins had served as CEO since January 2010.
Bullington joined Bridgelux in 2010 and has been responsible for its overall business strategy and corporate and market development activities, including strategic partnerships and joint venture development, technology licensing, capital formation and legal functions. He also ran Bridgelux’s Technology Solutions business.
Previously, he held executive strategy, corporate and business development roles at Seagate Technology and held similar positions at Maxtor Corp., where he was a founding member of the Branded Products Group. Before that, he was a management consultant for A.T. Kearney.
Bridgelux develops and manufactures LED lighting technologies and solutions.
