CMM Optic Expands into Electro-Optical Systems with Acquisition
TROY, Mich., July 3, 2020 — CMM Optic has acquired the Rochester Hills, Mich., operation of Global Imaging Technologies, formerly known as Axsys Technologies and Speedring, and will be expanding its operations into optical and mechanical design engineering and electro-optical systems.
The acquisition adds additional capability and offerings including telescopes, collimators, fast-steering mirrors, laser scanning, and other integrated systems to its product lines and beam delivery solutions.
