Rigaku, along with its subsidiaries, specializes in automation and robotics, small-molecule and protein crystallography, and x-ray optics, diffraction and spectrometry. Replacing several division sites, the redesigned and expanded site provides English-language coverage for company products worldwide. It moves beyond a product-centered approach by providing access through application type and field of interest. A Google search engine factors in more than 100 variables per query to locate relevant pages and documents on the Web site. A download section includes brochures, newsletters, press releases, and parts and service documents.
