Cognex Appoints New Board Member

Cognex announced the appointment of Sachin Lawande, president and CEO of Visteon Corp., to the Cognex’s board of directors, effective Jan 1. He is expected to serve on the Audit Committee. Lawande currently serves on the board of Visteon and previously served on the board of DXC Technology Co.
