The ISO’s 9001:2015 Quality Management System is the most updated standard of its kind. It assists companies in developing a management system that combines quality with their wider business strategy while focusing on risk-based thinking and accountability in all organizational processes to improve communications, efficiency and implementation of continuous improvement. It also acts as a tool to streamline processes and to make them more efficient.
