SAN DIMAS, Calif., March 2, 2018 — Microspectroscopy solutions developer Craic Technologies Inc. has announced certification under ISO 9001:2015.

The ISO’s 9001:2015 Quality Management System is the most updated standard of its kind. It assists companies in developing a management system that combines quality with their wider business strategy while focusing on risk-based thinking and accountability in all organizational processes to improve communications, efficiency and implementation of continuous improvement. It also acts as a tool to streamline processes and to make them more efficient.

“We are excited to upgrade our certification to ISO 9001:2015 and it will provide evidence to our customers that we remain focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction,” said Paul Martin, president of Craic. “Our move from ISO 9001:2008 to the updated standard ISO 9001:2015 demonstrates our desire to always perform at the highest levels of quality and efficiency. It’s essential for us in delivering innovative, high- quality and customer-focused scientific solutions.”
