CrowdVision Merges with iinside

Crowd analytics company CrowdVision Ltd. has announced that it has merged with California-based company iinside, a leader in lidar-based indoor motion detection and analytic solutions. The combined company, CrowdVision Inc., will be led by David Teed, CEO of CrowdVision, and will be headquartered in Los Angeles.

The merger aims to optimize and combine the technology of the two companies to provide better analytics and solutions for smart airports and cities, including crowd flow and social distancing for clients. The combined company has customers in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia.
