James P. Rutt, formerly CEO of Network Solutions and chief strategy officer of VeriSign Inc., has been named chairman of the board of Analog Design Automation Inc. (ADA) in Ottawa, Canada. ADA is a creator of software for automating the design of analog and mixed signal integrated circuits (IC) for the semiconductor industry. Rutt is recognized internationally as an expert in the business applications of advanced technology.
