Imaging Diagnostic Systems Inc. announced that European-based Sanotech Group will be the exclusive licensed distributor of its patented CTLM system in Austria and Romania. The CTLM is a 3-D imaging technique used to detect breast abnormalities.   . . .   Three-Five Systems, of Tempe, Ariz., has acquired major assets and intellectual property and rehired six key employees of Zight Corp. (Boulder, Colo.), which was formerly known as Colorado Microdisplay. Three-Five will keep the Zight product development assets in Boulder. Rehired was Zight's co-founder and former CTO, Doug McKnight, along with personnel in device design, manufacturing and marketing.
