Eric I. Blachno has been named vice president of finance and CFO at Cascade Microtech Inc., a Beaverton, Ore.-based maker of test systems for microelectronics. The company said the grant will enable it to extend its Perspecta technologies to create 3-D holovideo systems for medical, security and entertainment applications.
