Biophan Technologies Inc., of Rochester, N.Y., announced it has entered into a joint development agreement with Boston Scientific Corp. to make medical devices more compatible with magnetic resonance imaging technology. The companies will also explore possible licensing agreements. They will work to resolve compatability and safety issues caused by the interference of metal objects, including those in some medical devices.   . . .   Cognex Corp., a Natick, Mass., supplier of machine vision systems, announced that Inex Vision Systems, a supplier of automated inspection solutions for the consumer packaging industry, will integrate Cognex vision sensors into its InSpect 100 and InSpect 500 package inspection systems.
