Wilks Enterprise Inc. of South Norwalk, Conn., a manufacturer of portable infrared analyzers for repetitive quality control and environmental applications, has received a $200,000 contract from the British Ministry of Defense to build 20 portable refrigerant gas monitors to be used onboard British submarines to help ensure safe air quality conditions.
