Desai Joins Kotura’s Business Development Team

MONTEREY PARK, Calif., May 8, 2012 — Samir Desai was appointed vice president of business development to oversee expansion of Kotura Inc.’s strategic relationships and business development activities in the growing optical interconnects market, the silicon photonics company announced.

Desai brings to Kotura his experience in business development, strategic marketing and sales, and account management in the enterprise optics market.

Prior to joining the company, he was responsible for active optics global business development at TE Connectivity.
