CLEARWATER, Fla., July 8 -- Digital Lightwave, Inc. reports that Gerry Chastelet, company president and CEO, has assumed the additional role of chairman of the board of directors. He replaces Bryan J. Zwan, who will leave the employment of Digital Lightwave, a manufacturer of products for the fiber optic networking industry, but stay on as a director.
