Dover Acquires CDS Visual

DOWNERS GROVE, Ill., July 28, 2021 — Dover completed its acquisition of CDS Visual, which will become an operating company within Dover’s engineered products segment. CDS Visual is a provider of SaaS (software as a service) 3D-visualization solutions designed for industrial applications. Its software is built on proprietary differentiated technology that enables “live” 3D configuration, 360-degree photorealistic product imagery, augmented reality functionality, and production-ready computer-aided design (CAD) images. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
