Laser developer LaserMax Inc. has appointed Jay Duncan to its executive management team to direct and lead marketing efforts.

Duncan brings more than a decade of experience in marketing for the shooting sports industry. He was most recently the director of sales and marketing for Gorilla Ammunition where he executed sales channel development and directed marketing efforts. Prior to his time at Gorilla Ammunition, Duncan also served as vice president of sales and marketing for Daniel Defense for eight years.
