EFFECT Photonics Extends Series D Round to $62M
MAYNARD, Mass., June 26, 2025 — EFFECT Photonics, a developer of integrated optical technologies, has raised an additional $24 million as part of its series D financing round. The round drew in $38 million in March, with the current funding bringing the round's total to $62 million.
According to CEO Roberto Marcoccia, the funding underscores strong market demand and allows the company to maintain its commercial momentum with industry partners. The company raised $40 million in funding last year.
EFFECT has formalized industry collaborations with partners including Jabil Photonics, Credo, and Fabrinet. The company is developing coherent optical solutions for data centers and edge networks.
