EV Group of St. Florian am Inn, Austria, has formed a partnership with GenISys GmbH of Munich, Germany, to develop and market a simulation platform for advanced mask aligner lithography processes. The companies say that the collaboration will allow them to create software that will reduce development time, cut costs and increase yield.
