Edmund Optics Expands Capabilities in Europe

BARRINGTON, N.J., March 26, 2010 – Precision optical components manufacturer Edmund Optics has expanded its capabilities in Europe to meet the growing needs throughout the continent.

The company’s UK office has relocated into a newly-constructed 10,000-sq-ft facility in York, UK, allowing it to continue to expand offer service, support and quick deliver to any point in Europe for its line of Techspec optics, imaging and photonics components.

From the facility, all European shipments are sent from the East Midlands airport to a distribution center in Cologne, Germany, offering customers next-day delivery.
