Elbit Systems US Subsidiary Completes Acquisition of Harris Night Vision

HAIFA, Israel, Sept. 17, 2019 — Elbit Systems subsidiary Elbit Systems America has acquired Harris Night Vision for $350 million. The company was previously owned by L3 Harris Technologies.

Bezhalel Machlis, president and CEO of  Elbit Systems, commented, “The market position and technological strength of Harris Night Vision make this acquisition significant to our long-term growth strategy, with a particular focus on the U.S.”
