Energetiq Expands LDLS Distribution
Energetiq Technology Inc. announced it appointed Optoprim as a distributor in Europe, and DMS Technologies and InstrumentsNE as representatives in the US for its laser-driven light source (LDLS) products.
Optoprim, a distributor for the research and industrial photonics markets, has offices in France, Italy and Germany, and services customers throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Located in Mission Viejo, Calif., DMS Technologies serves customers in Southern California, Arizona and Nevada. It services the lasers, optics and photonics industries. InstrumentsNE, located in West Hartland, Conn., serves its analytical instruments clients in the New England area.
The distribution partnerships will expand the company’s reach for its LDLS products across the globe. The products are suitable for analytical applications that require ultralong lamp life. The technology allows researchers to use a single broadband source that provides a cost-effective alternative to purchasing and operating multiple lamps or lasers.
