Based in Pessac, France, Amplitude Systemes
has announced that it will open an office in Taipei, Taiwan, to provide sales and
technical support to customers in the Asia-Pacific region. The company develops
and manufactures diode-pumped ultrafast lasers for industrial and scientific applications.
Its products, including amplifiers, fiber lasers, and oscillators, have applications
in areas such as multiphoton microscopy, analytical chemistry, nanosurgery, lab-on-a-chip
technology and medical device manufacturing.
