Omega Optical Inc. has launched its E-Filters e-commerce program, offering expanded online capabilities in a variety of research and instrumentation applications. The Web site provides product lines for applications such as fluorescence microscopy, astronomy/aerospace, photolithography, flow cytometry, Raman spectroscopy and color imaging, and for standard filters, such as the bandpass, longpass, shortpass, laser line, laser edge and analytical types. Featured tools include the Curvomatic interactive spectral database, which provides curves of all filter products. The Build-a-Filter function for accelerated filter specification and ordering is a component of the company’s programs for handling R&D, prototyping and small OEM orders.
