Fulham to Acquire Lumotech LED Driver Assets
HAWTHORNE, Calif., June 15, 2016 — Fulham Company Group, a supplier of lighting components and electronics for commercial and specialty applications, said it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire certain assets of the LED driver business of Lumotech, based in Alkmaar, Netherlands, from Nualight, a manufacturer of specialty LED products.
With completion of this acquisition, Lumotech will become Fulham's new European Design Center, enabling the company to offer a more extensive line of LED drivers to OEMs and distributors throughout Europe.
The asset acquisition is expected to be complete on June 30, 2016. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
